Hello!
My name is Chris Weibring (pronounced WHY-bring). My career journey has taken me through both in-house and agency roles and to many places I could never have imagined. I've explored rural baseball fields in Minnesota, the vibrant beaches of Brazil, the bustling canals of Panama City, and the lively, colorful neighborhoods of Mexico City. I've been fortunate to see my creative work showcased globally and even appear daily on a popular vanity license plate in Illinois. I have had the privilege of working with inspiring leaders dedicated to giving back to their communities and have even had the honor of hoisting the Stanley Cup twice and meeting some of the most talented athletes.
Throughout my journey, there have been opportunities to elevate some of the world's most recognizable global brands while collaborating with amazingly talented creative partners. Currently, I hold the position of Senior Designer at Lions International, one of the largest volunteer service organizations globally. Prior to that, I proudly served as the first full-time Senior Art Director within the sports and experiential group, FCBX, at the highly reputable agency FCB. I was also the first full-time in-house graphic designer for the Chicago Blackhawks, one of the most iconic sports franchises worldwide.
My career has enabled me to offer a variety of services, such as experiential, environmental, social media marketing, event marketing, digital marketing, and branding. My passion lies where design and creativity meet the sports, entertainment, and non-profit industries. I take immense pride in delivering high-quality work for my clients and partners. From a young age, I have been deeply passionate about sports and art, and I'm grateful to have combined these interests into my professional journey. Now, working for a non-profit organization allows me to make a positive impact and help people around the world.
In my spare time, you can find me starting my day with a fresh cup of espresso and noodling on the guitar. I enjoy perfecting various pizza recipes from scratch, including Neapolitan, Chicago tavern, and Detroit pan pizzas. You can also find me pursuing my athletic dreams in recreational slow-pitch softball.

Giving Back
Helping others is at the core of who I am. In my spare time, I am a proud member of the Chicago Windy City Lions Club, where I have served as Marketing Chair and contributed to community service initiatives. I also love volunteering to help youth sports teams since youth sports were a significant part of my life growing up. Additionally, I have a passion for designing sports logos and uniforms. I have proudly designed logos for my high school alma mater's hockey team, assisted the youth basketball program Illinois Drive, and created a logo for the La Grange Park Little League team. A highlight was seeing J.J. McCarthy hold up a shirt I designed for his former youth baseball team on the night he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings.
